At TheProFinder, we strive to ensure transparency between users and service providers.
Our refund and cancellation policies are outlined below:
1. For Users
- Booking Fees (if applicable): Non-refundable once the booking is confirmed unless the service provider fails to show or cancels.
- Service Issues: If a provider fails to deliver the promised service, we may assist in mediation but do not guarantee refunds.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a service before it begins. Refund eligibility depends on the provider's individual cancellation terms.
2. For Service Providers
- Listing or subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Cancellation of service without valid reason may lead to account suspension.
